Established in 1946 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, the company enjoyed immediate success due to the technical prowess of its founder Georges Dubey and partner Rene Schaldenbrand. Since the founding of Dubey & Schaldenbrand, the company has been creating timepieces that have won numerous awards and patents. Because of careful consideration of components and utilizing traditional assembly techniques by experienced watch makers, Dubey & Schaldenbrand can offer a choice of watches that exhibit some of the highest standards available in mechanical watches today. This is one of the few remaining top quality brands produced entirely in Switzerland. The company is now located in the village of Les Ponts-de-Martel, Switzerland near the historic watchmaking centers of Neuchatel, Le Locle and La Chaux-de-Fonds. The styles and designs are truly unique and captivating, capturing a look and feel of a bygone era. They are reminiscent of the 30's, 40's and 50's.
